On the north side of the house, the outside stairs lead to the one bedroom apartment's entrance door. Adjacent to these stairs there is parking space for two cars. The door opens to an entrance hall that in turn leads to a room to the right, to a modern tiled bathroom with toilet, or to the kitchen with space for dining, to the left.
