Attic or Loft

This extra large attic is ripe for conversion into a loft of over 100m², with a relative minimal investment.

Wooden oak stairs, similar to those leading from the ground floor to the first floor lead from the first floor to the attic door.

In the attic light and electric power are available. Similarly, hot and cold water pipes and drainage are installed in the attic, in view of building a bathroom and/or toilet or kitchen in the loft.

The original, very impressive hand made oak structure that sustains the house tiled roof is in perfect condition.

The attic's ground surface is about 160m².

The roof has a very steep slope allowing for an easy conversion of the attic into rooms of a standard height, on at least 80% of the attic's surface.

The attic may simply be used as store room, just as is.
